On a windy afternoon outside the Monroe County Courthouse, Fe Hall told the crowd that had marched there with her about who her son Christian Hall was before he became known to the world for being killed by police. The 19-year-old Giant employee was preparing for his driving test and saving to buy a car so that he could get a second job. He could be seen walking in Stroudsburg, or along Route 611, to work.
