On 25 January 2021, it was announced that the board of Cortina Bidco Limited ("Bidco"), a newly incorporated company indirectly controlled by funds managed by Flexpoint Ford, LLC ("Flexpoint"), and the Independent Directors of AFH Financial Group Plc ("AFH" or the "Company") had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended all cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of AFH (the "Acquisition").
