WINDHAM — Riley Beem and Julia McKenna each scored four goals as Windham opened its girls’ lacrosse season with an 11-9 win over two-time reigning Class A state champion Falmouth on Monday.
The Eagles were in control most of the way and twice led by two goals in the first half, but the lead was cut to 7-6 when Falmouth’s Molly Scribner scored at the horn.
