Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea exit WiFi JV
Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea have both agreed to sell their stakes in FireFly Networks, a WiFi infrastructure provider, to Singapore-based Manipura Digital Infrastructure OPCO Pte. Ltd. for a total of Rs 12.1 crore. Airtel and Vodafone Idea will each receive Rs 6.05 crore for their stakes. This move ends the joint venture initiated in 2014, with the transaction set to finalize within 45 days of the agreement signing
