A 14 year old boy has been killed and a number of others including two Police Officers have been injured after a man went on a rampage with a sword in North East London early this morning. Police say the attack was not believed to be targeted or terrorism related. Police were called after a van was driven at speed into a house just before 7am this morning. A 36 year old man is in custody tonight but is not well enough to be questioned. From hainault, our Special Correspondent lucy manning reports.
