Way to go. Its not designed to handle all of the traffic. On weekends and commute hours theres a large backup there. Plus chain of lake intersects with mlk and jfk and i hate to say this, but not all people who use the roadway obey those stop signs. I had a scary incident, i was on jfk and chain of lake and i had the right of way according to the rule book and this lady on a bicycle just whizzed by, didnt look or stop. Scared the heck out of me. Lucky i stopped. You need to look at the big picture. Also, you need to look at 19th avenue. 19th avenue cannot handle any increase in traffic. Clerk ...
