The First Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange will be held from November 6-7 in Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality, said Vice Minister of Science and Technology Zhang Guangjun on Monday.

“Since the establishment of the diplomatic relations on 20 January 1992, China and Belarus have passed a 31-year mark of friendly cooperation. These 31 years have witnessed many momentous events for the bilateral cooperation,” the diplomat said.
