We have some slowing at 205. Driving out to the south a we are off to a good start. The bay brgeplaza lights and some fog. There was an accident in San Francisco southbound 280 near 101. Lets go back to the desk. A 17 mile stretch of highway 101 is shut down in Monterey County because of flooding. Northbound and southbound lanes were closed after a levee broke 10 miles south of salinas. Some drivers were trapped on the highway and escorted out of that flooded area by the chp.
