Giving evidence on the Arctic This week, Fitzwilliam Fellow, Dr Richard Powell, has been giving evidence to the House of Commons’ Foreign Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Environmental Diplomacy. Dr Powell is currently a Reader in Arctic Studies, and the Principal Investigator in a five-year Arctic Cultures project, undertaken at the Scott Polar Research Institute at the University of Cambridge.
