JAMESTOWN, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Blue Jay baseball season kicked off on Thursday night and sophomore Ethan Gall sparked a three-run fourth inning to lead the Jays past Bismarck High 5-3 in the opening game. Gall doubled off the wall with two outs in the fourth inning for the first hit of the game for Jamestown. The Jays were trailing 3-1 before Mason Lunzman singled to continue the frame. Junior Connor Hoyt laced a ball into right field for a double to score Gall and Lunzman. Hoyt would score on the next at-bat when senior Jacoby Nold put the Jays up for good with an RBI single. ....
