Township and Burlington County and were turned away, township crews responded when torrential rain and shored off a storm pipe that was leaking into the ravine. This is the first time we see the pipe there and the water coming out like a fire hose. They say this may be contributing to the collapse but the county insurance carrier denied the claim and they are working with local officials to find a cause and remedy.
