Inmates were getting taken to a prison yard and they found sergeant found unresponsive. We lost one of our Family Member and it pains my heart to make these statements. You saw inmates coming out in groups. At this point im told its not clear if any of them were involved in the execution of this plan. They snuck out or if they were trying to get out to get away from the whole mess. All 120 inmates who were in that building when this started are considered suspects. Its not clear at this point if this was a wellorganized plan. Officials trying to figure out if this was spontaneous or a wellplan...
