Cape Cod Healthcare will tear down the Lobster Claw and replace it with a Medical Center

ORLEANS At least four committees and boards are set to review Cape Cod Healthcare’s proposal to tear down the iconic Lobster Claw restaurant at 42 Route 6A and replace it with a medical building.
CCH already has been before the Site Plan Review Committee and will have a formal review with the Architectural Review Committee after the new year.
The Conservation Commission will be involved because there is a wetland just off the parcel, the Board of Health will address the sewer connection needs, and finally, the Zoning Board of Appeals is expected to take up a special permit application in late January. ....
