We are following breaking news on Staten Island. Police are on the scene after a double murder. There seems to be a mystery right now. Police have identified the victims as 27yearold terrell ford. Brothers. They were shot near targe street and vanderbilt avenue before 3 00. The victims were taken to different hospitals where they both died.
