KNBN NewsCenter1 April 29, 2021 RAPID CITY, S.D. — A priest from Poland – already doing time for stealing from the Church – pleads not guilty in Rapid City to all child sex crime charges against him. Marcin Garbacz is charged with of Elicit Sexual Conduct in a Foreign Place, Possession of Child Porn, and Tampering with a Witness of Victim. The penalties for each charge range from 10 to 30 years in prison, and/or a quarter-million dollar fine. Garbacz is already serving a sentence of more than seven years for stealing donations to the Diocese of Rapid City.
