Inmate sentenced for involvement in Bucks County Prison drug ring A Philadelphia man who helped coordinate an alleged drug ring in Bucks County Prison will spend up to nearly six additional years in prison. On Thursday, Vincent McCandless Sr., 35, pleaded guilty to possessing contraband and conspiracy to commit that offense. Both are felonies. He will spend 35 to 70 months in state prison.
