This massive oversupply in the steel market, and even though there has been a concerted National Domestic policy to glutss that to reduce that in the steel market, it hasnt manifested. On the supply side, they are trying to trim that down. They need that to go down to have the steel price go up to make this supply and demand work for an industry that has been really hit hard by massive oversupply.
