Tenant. We are going to fulfill whatever agreement we did with the tenant. We are not thinking of doing any unlawful things. I dont think there is a landlordtenant situation. This is a situation where we want to work with the city to be granted permits to enhance the property. We have been following all the guidelines and all the rules and regulations. We know that we can have an access into the property. Unit. It was created into a twobedroom unit. Shes lived in a twobedroom unit the entire time shes lived there. And the coincidences im talking about ive probably been in more homes in the Bayview District than pretty much any other person in San Francisco as a housing attorney serving the neighborhood ive never seen a third bathroom in any house in the entire neighborhood.
