A body has been recovered from the Skaguay Reservoir near Victor Tuesday afternoon, according to the Teller County Sheriff's Office. Officials said at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, TCSO was notified that a body had been discovered in the Skaguay Reservoir - roughly 20 miles southwest of Colorado Springs.
