Franklin County leaders join WellSpan Health Board of Directors
Staff report Three leaders from Franklin County have been appointed to WellSpan Health's 2021 Board of Directors. Megan Shreve, Laurie Carter and Stephen Holoviak are among the six new members to join the volunteer board this year, according to a news release from WellSpan. Shreve, the CEO of South Central Community Action Programs, has been elected the board chair.
