Francona wins in a landslide. Rangers manager Jeff Banister was second. Francona with 22 of the 330 first place votes. Under francona, the indians won the Central Division for the first time in 9 years, taking them to the postseasonal, and he did it with no Michael Brantley and jury after jury, and suspension.
