BU Strikes Tentative Deal to Sell Four LA Apartment Buildings, Keeping Tenants in Their Homes
The University has reached an agreement in principle to sell four LA apartment buildings, a bequest from the late alumnus and donor Frederick Pardee, to a land trust, averting the displacement of 130 tenants.
