A Police Spokesperson tells me this information was not brought up in this mornings News Conference because police were working to confirm whether the woman was in the cruiser with him, which they have since done. The police chief says this morning no other officers were in the cruiser with officer raban when he lost control of his cruiser. Weve learned of the second person from a witness.
