Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) after 12 years decided to take up the maintenance of the only freehold property ever.
An MCD official said the transfer duty will be 4% for men (currently 3%) and 3% for women (currently 2%). The transfer duty is calculated on the registered sale value of a property.
