Going public, they now have the man under arrest. Newly released photos from inside the b. A. R. T. Train show the suspect involved in two random attacks. Just completely unprovoked. No dialogue between him or the victims, and he just did the swinging of the cutters and the punch to the face. Reporter the man got on the train at 4 30 and you can see hes holding a can of beer and without provocation he slammed a pair of bolt cutters into the victims head and the Second Attack took place saturday night as the train approached the embarcadero station.
