A Syracuse man has been charged after allegedly stealing more than $1 million from his former employer, Fuccillo Auto Group.

By Dave Smith Mar 1, 2021 Watertown, N.Y. - A Syracuse man has been arrested after allegedly stealing over one million dollars from the Fuccillo Auto group. 31-year-old Joseph Pompo, who was Fuccillo's financial director, is accused of creating a company using Billy Fucillo's name and making himself the sole owner of the company. He then withdrew all the earnings from the newly formed company. He is facing 1st-degree grand larceny charges.
