莆田电信提升波道资源利用率

全量摸查，修正资源误差，提升数据准确性。通过组织专人深入分析阿朗OTN网络资源分布、业务承载情况、端口利用率等，杜绝因存量资源不准确，导致后续优化割接不成功问题。
分析优化，梳理波道资源，完善方案可行性。在完成全网资源摸查基础上，全量梳理分析310条阿朗OTN波道，与厂家技术专家组织多次操作方案评审会，反复论证评估波道调优释放方案合理性、可操作性，第一阶段筛选出30条波道存在冗余配置情况，具备调优拆除释放空间。
精确实施，落实风险管控，确保割接零失误。作为省内首个阿朗OTN SNCP波道盘活调优工作试点地市，专业团队严格落实重大风险操作管理办法，在割接操作过程中，涉及关键操作的，一人操作一人审核，详细记录操作过程。操作成功后，全面开展业务验证和网络情况评估，最终确认割接成功。
截至目前，第一阶段累计完成48条GE业务割接，共释放18条10G波道资源，节省工程投资117万元。通过SNCP优化试点经验推广，福建电信在全省累计调优释放59条10G波道，节省工程投资341.5万元。
