'); (window.slotbydup=window.slotbydup || []).push({ id: '803954', container: s, size: '0,0', display: 'inlay-fix' }); })(); 福建已安装超1.8万台地震预警专用终端数量全国居首东南网7月29日讯（福建日报记者何祖谋）记者27日从在唐山召开的中国地震预警网示范运行新闻发布会获悉，截至目前，福建省已安装超1.8万台地震预警专用终端，数量居全国首位。同时，我省通过福建地震预警手机App、PC客户端等自有平台以及福建省突发事件预警信息发布平台，电信、移动、联通和广电网络等第三方转发平台向用户提供地震预警信息服务，切实提高了防震减灾服务能力。据悉，目前，在福建、四川、云南和京津冀地区，用户主要通过预警终端、电视机顶盒、手机App等方式获取地震预警信息。2015年7月，我省自主研发了地震预警信息发布平台、PC接收软件、手机App，并进入实用化推广普及阶段，同时，借助“十二五”期间建设的地震预警信息社会服务网络平台，为全省各地地震部门提供地震预警与烈度速报服务。为加强服务社会能力，2015年3月，我省在晋江市开展地震预警信息发布试点示范工作。2016年10月，晋江地震预警信息发布云平台系统通过验收。晋江地震预警信息发布示范由政府主导、社会协同、公众参与，提供包括地震预警在内的各种灾害预警服务，标志着灾害预警系统社会化应用迈出了第一步。 2018年5月11日，我省正式向社会发布地震预警信息，至2020年，省地震局全面建成短信、企业微信号、PC客户端、手机客户端等预警信息发布渠道。授权运营商作为第三方的地震预警信息专用接收终端，并完成了全省近1.8万个预警终端建设，覆盖全省中小学校、社区、企事业单位。截至今年6月24日，我省已完成地震预警信息专用接收终端签约18929处，实际安装18206处，全省累计手机客户端App下载用户超过8.9万次。目前，我省已通过省预警信息发布中心完成面向12379网站、App应用客户端、短信平台及知天气App（决策版）、人民号、今日头条、抖音矩阵等第三方转发平台开发并上线，完成腾讯企鹅号、大喇叭、平潭12345、泉城通、i宁德、e三明、e龙岩等第三方转发平台开发并进行内测。多次与省数字办联系沟通，已初步完成闽政通平台上的地震预警功能界面设计。与福建电信合作利用已建成的1.5万个物联网智慧音箱，研发适配系统平台，为村、社区提供地震预警警报声服务。全面推进全媒体多渠道的我省地震预警信息服务体系建设，最大限度发挥地震预警综合减灾效益。相关阅读: '); (window.slotbydup=window.slotbydup || []).push({ id: '803960', container: s, size: '0,0', display: 'inlay-fix' }); })(); '); (window.slotbydup=window.slotbydup || []).push({ id: '803961', container: s, size: '0,0', display: 'inlay-fix' }); })(); '); (window.slotbydup=window.slotbydup || []).push({ id: '803955', container: s, size: '328,280', display: 'inlay-fix' }); })(); 今日热词

福建电信全力保障世遗大会通信畅通

7月16日至31日，第44届世界遗产大会在福建省福州市举办，这是中国在文化和自然遗产保护领域承办的最高规格国际会议。与往届不同的是，本次世界遗产大会上，联合国教科文组织将首次以在线形式审议世界遗产议题。为全力护航大会通信畅通，中国电信福建公司充分发挥云网融合优势，以“高标准、全覆盖、快响应”为目标，为大会提供有线宽带、无线网络、NB-IoT物联网、全球眼、云堤等多项业务产品。
应急通信保障小分队执行任务
大会开幕前夕，福建电信提前备战，组织保障人员梳理细化近200项保障工作清单，开展了两轮通信保障应急演练，确保通信保障应急预案可靠性。全体保障人员克服高温天气，在福州海峡文化艺术中心、海峡国际会展中心和周边地区、以及机场、高铁、地铁重要交通枢纽地段，三坊七巷、上下杭历史文化街区、中国船政文化景区等重点区域开展巡检工作，优化5G、4G通信网络，调测路面全球眼监控设备，部署相关通信保障方案，实现保障区域内网络无死角全覆盖。

为重点展示福州在文化遗产保护方面的成效和经验，大会主办方推出了包括三坊七巷、上下杭、马尾船政重要景点在内的10条参观线路。为全面提升公众参观体验感知，中国电信借助5G、物联网、人工智能、大数据及云计算技术应用为景区内公共基础设施进行优化。在上下杭景区，深度参与景区信息化建设合作，通过智慧烟感报警装置强化景区消防安全管理，通过天翼大喇叭和智能监控加强景区古建文物保护。在马尾船政文化城，实现光网络和5G网络全面覆盖，并在文化城格致园景区实现免费WiFi全覆盖，全方面提升游客体验感知。
