Running trillion dollar deficits these deficits have to do with wreckless politicians spending money like drunken sailors and the tax cuts need to be made permanent it s a separate issue. dagen: gary b., what do you say? i totally agree in fact i think taxes should be even lower for a variety of reasons. number one is lauren said in a previous segment the deficits now at $21 trillion, some people want more government revenue and it s just the opposite. the government spends the money ineffectively and it needs to go on a diet. we immediate to start redefining what the role of government is. some are starting to think we re some big socialistic country where the government is there as a nanny to redistribute all of the money people make so everyone s at the same level. that s not what made america great. the other reason is that it s the people s money like i said, you know, just before the people spend it much more effectively and efficiently than the government we ve seen any number ....
