UK SMRI researchers protecting jockey livelihoods with 'the Graham Test'
Horse racing has the highest rate of concussions of any sport — including American football — but safety protocols for the jockeys have lagged behind other athletes. Researchers from the UK Sports Medicine Research Institute are working to change that by developing a brand-new baseline concussion testing protocol specifically for jockeys, affectionately known as "the Graham Test."
