Prime Minister Hun Sen on Saturday ordered Minister of Justice Keut Rith not to entertain any request for amnesty or sentence reduction from Cambodian-American human rights activist Seng Theary so that she stays in detention until her jail term is served.
Two Cambodian prisoners were sanctioned by the General Department of Prisons (GDI) in the Ministry of Interior for committing violence, by jointly beating a Chinese prisoner over an argument earlier this month at Prey Sar prison.
