MediaTek is looking forward towards taking on its rival Apple and Qualcomm after its line-up of flagship mobile processors focussing on high performance and generative AI capabilities. "Our revenues increased from $7.9 billion to $14 billion in calendar 2023 globally. A big milestone this year is that we've been able to generate $1 billion in revenue from our flagship chipsets globally," MediaTek India managing director Anku Jain told ET.
MediaTek: The Dimensity 8300 is based on TSMC’s second-generation 4nm process, and has an octa-core CPU comprising four Arm Cortex-A715 cores and four Cortex-A510 cores built on Arm’s v9 CPU architecture. It is paired with the Mali-G615 MC6 GPU.
