Fluhr EDWARDSVILLE — A motorist who allegedly struck a man after exiting a transit bus in Madison County is accused of negligence.  Ralster Cole filed a complaint March 9 in the Madison County Circuit Court against George Singleton.  Cole alleges in his suit that around 5 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2019, he was exiting a transit bus at the bus stop near Highway 111 and Gateway Commerce Center Drive.
