Proper procedure. She doesnt have a bus aide. My daughter is only 7. She was born deaf. Reporter michelle says since her child has a disability shes supposed to be an adult aide on board with the driver but thats not her only complaint. She pointed out after the school bus stopped there were no flashing light, stop sign or stop arm. Only the hazard lights were in use. This mom says its happened more than once.
