Around Town: Canton's Muskellunge Brewing nets medals in contest Necole Sims In a year when life's been turned upside down, a downtown Canton establishment has given us a reason to smile. Muskellunge Brewing Company entered the U.S. Open Beer Championship and came out on top. The competition was in November in Atlanta, Georgia; Oxford, Ohio; and Welland, Ontario, Canada. Two of its beers won awards. The Sturgeon Russian Imperial Stout received a gold medal in the British Imperial Stout category, and Judy's Buck received a bronze in the Bock category.
