3 it could be sunday or monday before crews recover the suv that fell off the combshehl bridge into the ohio river. Search and rescue teams postponed the Recovery Efforts because of Dangerous River conditions. Crews immediately put boats into the water and emergency workers also responded to the bridge around 430 tuesday. Witnesses saw it. But didnt quite believe what they were seeing at first.
