NEW AT 4:00, THREE PEOPLE ARE LOCKED UP, ACCUSED IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF A MAN AND A FOURTH PERSON IS ON THE RUN THIS AFTERNOON. THE ST. BERNARD SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS 33-YEAR-OLD KENTREL RICHARD, 26-YEAR-OLD KEVIN BRUMFIELD, AND 35-YEAR-OLD KAYLA BENTLEY ARE ALL CONNECTED TO THE SHOOTING DEATH OF A 32-YEAR-OLD MAN. DEPUTIES SAY IT HAPPENED ON JANUARY THIRD IN 2200 BLOCK OF CALUDA LANE IN VIOLE DEPUTY SAY, RIGHT NOW, 35-YEAR-OLD STEPHEN BARTHELEMY IS ON THE RUN. VIOLET (WVUE) -The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office arrested three people and has issued an arrest warrant for a fourth person for the fatal shooting of a 32-year-old man.
The homicide happened Jan. 3 in the 2200 block of Caluda Lane in Violet.
Kentrel Richard, 33, of Gina Drive in St. Bernard, was booked with second degree murder, attempted second degree murder, obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana.
