Analysts say using multiple cloud providers is increasingly normal, but management is an issue. As the pandemic forced companies to quickly adapt to remote work and provide the tools to enable workers to do so, the federal government did too — accelerating its spend on cloud-based tools and services to nearly $900 million, according to analysts.
