So, the virginia teacher who was shot allegedly by her 6-year-old student has been released from the hospital. it s now nearly two weeks since that horrible shooting, and police say abby zwerner was in the chest by a first grader who brought his mother s gun to school. the family released their first statement saying in part the firearm our son accessed was secured. our son suffers from an acute disability and was under a care plan at the school that included his mother or father attending school with him and accompanying him to class every day. we will regret our absence on this day for the rest of our lives. the statement thanked the teacher for her courage. the school district did not respond to the family s statement. there are new details also on the failed republican candidate accused of orchestrating several shootings at the homes of democratic officials in new mexico. a source telling cnn investigators are looking into whether solomon pena s campaign ....

Permission slip. a lot of schools today are trying to complete lid cut mom and dad out of the equation. they don t want you to have any say in your kids life. they have taken it way beyond education. a mom in california is suing her school district because she says they secretly transitioned her fifth grade daughter. the fifth grader allegedly went to go see a guidance counselor because she was emotionally struggling after the death of her grandfather. the complaint says the guidance counselor then convinced the girl to adopt a male identity. the suit attlez that the counselor then told teachers to refer to the fifth grade girl by a boy s name and she told the kid to keep it a secret from her mom. and when the mom found out about this, she confronted school administrators and they took the guidance counselor s side and said it was all legal the reached out to the chico school district and said they can t respond because they haven t physically received the lawsuit. ....
