Donald Ray Stone Donald Ray Stone, who absconded from a jury trial in the Brown County Courthouse on Feb. 1, 2019, was sentenced on Monday to life in prison by Brown County Court at Law Judge Sam Moss following a fourth DWI conviction. A warrant was issued for Stone, now 51, after he absconded and Stone was arrested on Feb. 26, 2021 for Bond Forfeiture Driving While Intoxicated by the Chickasaw Nation Oklahoma Police and housed in Love County, Oklahoma.
