KKR To Buy Therapy Brands WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Investment firm KKR Wednesday said it has agreed to acquire a majority interest in Therapy Brands from its existing shareholders investment funds affiliated with Lightyear Capital LLC, Oak HC/FT and Greater Sum Ventures.
