MARLBORO - Police Chief Peter Pezzullo is praising his officers and the local first aid squad after they saved the life of a one-year-old child in the township on Monday. The incident took place about 11:15 p.m. when police received a frantic 911 call from a township resident who said his baby daughter was choking and could not breathe, police Capt.
