The Supreme Court of the United States heard oral arguments Tuesday in companion cases involving illegal gun possession and the fallout from a recent SCOTUS precedent. The cases are Greer v. United States (on appeal from the Eleventh Circuit) and United States v. Gary (on appeal from the Fourth Circuit). Both cases ask the justices to clarify the impact of the 2019 landmark case Hamid Rehaif v. Mar 31, 2021 7:50 PM South Daytona, FL - Investigators say a second man has been arrested and charged in connection to a deadly Nova Road crash that claimed the life of an Uber passenger on February 9th. According to the South Daytona Police Department (SDPD), 18-year-old Jarron Cunningham was arrested in connection to the crash that killed Gregory Greer, a Port Orange man who was riding in an Uber at the time of the incident.
