Ive had a lot of difficulty dealing with the department in trying to get clear information about how they process that with the order of clearing up that and the proper mailing from the departments this is why it is taking so long. Theyve been sending those notices to an incorrect address im trying to resolve those permit issues through a process that the department has for inlaw units and bringing inlaw units into compliance with the new legislation. Morgan has stopped the trains. The last one came through late november. And they dont plan on having any more crude come in until the prices start rising with a barrel of crude. Richmonds fire marshal says the company told him that with the price of oil so low per barrel, it is not Cost Effective to transport the bakken crude anymore.
