Needham news briefs Banking official elected Needham Town Meeting member  Laura Dorfman, Dedham Savings executive vice president of residential and consumer lending, was elected a Needham Town Meeting member on April 13.    In this role, Dorfman will collaborate with fellow Town Meeting members to approve annual budgets and town by-laws and conduct general town business.
