Health Canada has recalled several household items sold online and in stores across Canada that pose a serious health and safety risk to Canadian consumers. The federal agency has recalled items for reasons including injury hazards, strangulation and choking hazards, chemical hazards and improper product labelling.

Recalled consumer products include a stain remover nozzle that can leak fluid, a vacuum whose prong can detach in a socket, and a dysfunctional pepper spray gun.
