His exact role is still being worked out, but he has plans to upgrade the menu, "try to take it up a few notches," he says. The restaurant's hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday.
