Bis Mitte des Jahrzehnts will der Franzose das Produkt-Portfolio grundlegend überarbeiten und wirtschaftlich auf gesund Füße stellen. Denn Alfa Romeo habe, so sagte Imparato unlängst bei einer Fahrzeug-Präsentation, "das Potenzial, die globale Premiummarke von Stellantis zu werden." Dazu setzt er auf die neuen elektrifizierbaren Plattformen aus dem Stellantis-Konzern (Fusion zwischen Fiat-Chrysler und PSA), ein neues (Retro)-Design und auf ein Comeback legendärer Modelle.
