now, governor strickland, the romney campaign came out today with a new ad. imagine trying to turn some of the tide that is building against them on the ryan budget. they came out with a new ad that falsely attacks president obama for gutting medicare. congressman ryan was asked about that today on fox. take a listen. this ad suggests, i gather it is going to be seen a lot of places, that you and governor romney think that med care, which has been a very difficult issue for republicans for a very long time, and polls suggest that people almost automatically think republicans are hostile to medicare can be a winning issue for you how. absolutely. because we are the ones that are offering a plan to save medicare to protect medicare, strengthen medicare. we are the ones who are not raiding medicare to pay for obama care. we are protecting medicare, governor strickland. ....
