Paris is an attractive city year-around.I was visiting for two nights staying at the George V, a stone’s throw from the Champs-Élysées.My long-standing friend Pierre Lamont suggested a meeting at the Fouquet's, the famous upscale brasserie on the corner of the Champs-Élysées and Avenue George V.
